• Starting work together in the morning and returning in the evening to the meeting point in Maur

• Completed training as a facility maintenance specialist or comparable practical experience
• Mandatory driving licence category B
• Manual dexterity and enjoyment of varied tasks
• Reliable, independent and team-oriented working style
• Good physical condition and enjoyment of working outdoors

• Varied assignments in the region
• Working in a fixed and supportive team
• Regular meeting point and joint travel to the places of assignment
• Employment according to the collective labour agreement of the building cleaning industry
• Long-term perspective in a versatile working environment
