While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private home care services throughout Switzerland.

For the Senevita headquarters in Muri b. Bern we are looking for a Facility Manager 100% from December 2026 or by arrangement.

Facility Manager 100%

• Supports the technical staff at the locations in the areas of technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management
• Conducts professional audits at our locations, documents them and checks the continuous improvement of processes
• Supports facility openings, building inspections and defect rectifications
• Energy management and reporting, energy operation optimisation
• Cantonal and universal target agreements with the federal government/cantons
• Documentation maintenance
• Accompanies tenders, negotiates framework agreements

• Completed basic vocational training EFZ in a technical field
• Further training in facility management, project management or similar
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge in sustainability, energy management/project management FM & construction
• Solid PC user skills (Office/CAFM)
• Flexibility, service orientation as well as high personal responsibility, self-confidence
• Fluent German language skills
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
