What to expect

• You are responsible for repair, maintenance and assembly work on systems, machines and equipment
• In doing so, you support Holcim in its high demands on safety, quality and environmental standards
• As a specialist, you contribute your expertise in preventive maintenance and thus increase the productivity of the plant
• You process and manufacture welding and sheet metal constructions and operate machining tools for single-piece production
• To ensure we continue to operate sustainably, you optimise systems, machines and processes
• Together with the maintenance team, you support and advise during revisions and shutdowns

• Training in mechanics, ideally with professional experience in the maintenance of industrial plants
• Teamwork is important to you and you want to convince with your professional manner and proactive service
• Safety is a priority for you and you are interested in production and technology
• You convince through reliable and independent action, as well as your own demands for high work quality
• You love variety, are curious and enjoy exchanging ideas with others

• You are willing to occasionally take on on-call duty
