- Organization and coordination of aftercare in cooperation with internal and external agencies

What you bring with you
- Completed degree in Social Work (FH)
- Several years of professional experience, leadership experience is an advantage
- Very good social security law knowledge
- Very good written and spoken German skills are required, additional language skills are an advantage
- Team-oriented, empathetic and responsible personality with high social competence as well as pronounced counseling and communication skills
- High service orientation as well as a structured, result- and solution-oriented way of working
