• Planning, organisation and coordination of the cardiology consultation
• Correction and dispatch of consultation reports (speech recognition)
• Service recording
• General administrative tasks
• Representation of team colleagues (including preparation and assistance with cardiological examinations as well as blood sampling etc.)

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Health Professional as well as completed training as a Medical Secretary
• Cardiological prior knowledge is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology
• Very good IT skills
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
