Medical Secretary 60-100% fixed-term for 1 year (m/f/d)

• Reception and care of patients at the counter
• Receiving and processing telephone calls as well as email enquiries
• Carrying out general administrative tasks and correspondence
• Planning, organising and coordinating appointments
• Formatting and proofreading medical and therapeutic reports

• Completed commercial training (EBA / EFZ) or completed business school
• Experience in the commercial sector in a clinic is an advantage
• Comprehensive PC skills (Word, Excel)
• Very good, confident German language skills (spoken and written)
• Team spirit, helpfulness and independent working style
• Open, flexible and adaptable personality with networked thinking
