Medical Secretary 60-100% fixed-term for 1 year (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Reception and care of patients at the counter
- Receiving and processing telephone calls as well as email enquiries
- Carrying out general administrative tasks and correspondence
- Planning, organising and coordinating appointments
- Formatting and proofreading medical and therapeutic reports
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training (EBA / EFZ) or completed business school
- Experience in the commercial sector in a clinic is an advantage
- Comprehensive PC skills (Word, Excel)
- Very good, confident German language skills (spoken and written)
- Team spirit, helpfulness and independent working style
- Open, flexible and adaptable personality with networked thinking
