- Completed retail training, preferably in cosmetics or perfumery.
- Ability to advise customers individually and appropriately.
- Experience in active sales, cross-selling, and upselling.

If you ideally bring:
- Completed training in retail, ideally with a focus on cosmetics or perfumery
- Ability to advise customers appropriately and individually
- Experience in active sales, cross-selling, and upselling
- Representative appearance suitable for the beauty industry
- Friendly, attentive, and convincing in customer conversations
- Sensitivity to customer needs and wishes
- Flexibility
- Willingness for continuous training on trends, ingredients, and new products
- German (fluent)
- Other languages such as English, French, or Italian are an advantage – especially in tourist regions like the Alps
