Requirements:
- Vocational training as a mechanic
- Experience in a similar position
- Fluent German
- Further training as a boiler operator/heating plant operator (advantageous)
Tasks:
- Maintenance of all energy and infrastructure systems
- Maintenance focusing on energy systems (HVAC) heating, ventilation, cooling and air conditioning
- Detecting, analysing and resolving faults
- Preventive maintenance (PM)
- Inspection rounds according to energy specifications
- Procurement and management of spare parts
- Operational preparation, coordination and supervision during shutdowns, system modifications and project work
- Assistance with and creation of work instructions, operating instructions, risk assessments, EQMs, etc.
- Operating the boiler house to ensure a safe steam supply
- Checking systems and operating parameters
- Conducting site rounds with documentation
- Authorising work via permit to work
