Tasks

Welcome and equip customers for their adventure experience.
Guide clients through various treetop courses safely.
Assist in maintaining the accrobranche paths and safety.

Skills

CQP-OPAH or IRATA 1 completed; prior experience preferred.
Proficient in German is a big plus; service-oriented.
Able to remain calm under pressure and handy.

YOUR TASKS

Welcome and equip customers
Accompany and guide clients on the different courses
Participate in the maintenance of the high ropes course paths

Safety

Ensure the safety of clients
Assist the Safety Manager in evacuating clients stuck on the course

Customer Service

Sell packages and drinks to clients
Communicate proactively and cheerfully with customers

YOUR PROFILE

Completed CQP-OPAH training or IRATA 1
First aid training (BLS-AED-SRC or Level 1 IAS), an asset
Previous experience as a high ropes course operator
Good knowledge of German, a great asset
Helpful and stress-resistant
Handy, an asset

Work required on weekends and on call during the week
Auxiliary on-call fixed-term contract until the end of September 2026
