Your role with us

• You look after our demanding national as well as international customers when purchasing high-quality branded watches and jewellery
• You create an unforgettable customer experience and possess the ability to develop a significant loyal customer relationship
• You enthusiastically act as a Brand Ambassador and position our exclusive products through your expert knowledge and storytelling skills
• You actively maintain networks to retain and expand our customer base
• Together with your colleagues, you ensure sales areas and display cases are impeccably presented
• You are responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day business
• You undertake administrative tasks related to sales as well as maintaining the internal CRM system
• You support specific projects and contribute to the successful implementation of customer events
