About the job
Your missions and responsibilities:
- Network acquisition and development: you identify and recruit new partner garages and actively contribute to the strategic evolution of our concept.
- Advice and support for partners: close to the field, you identify the needs of our partners and advise them pragmatically, particularly regarding marketing campaigns, websites, social media presence, content creation, blogs, as well as internal and external signage.
- Project management and proactive input: you enthusiastically take charge of projects, bring new ideas and actively contribute to the development of the concept.
- Strategic vision: you maintain an overview, identify improvement potentials and implement concrete solutions.
- Event organisation: you plan and carry out client visits, events and participation in trade fairs, while ensuring a quality experience for our partners.
- Internal collaboration: you work closely with the internal department and actively contribute to effective cooperation.
- Contractual follow-up and management: you ensure compliance with contractual commitments and oversee key processes.
Your profile:
- You have a commercial or technical education, complemented by further training in marketing, business management or sales.
- Ideally, you have experience in external sales or a comparable role. Experience in key account management is an advantage.
- You possess a good understanding of marketing and can analyse the needs of different types of companies to propose suitable solutions.
- You stand out through your advisory and sales skills as well as your interpersonal ease.
- You work independently, in a structured and proactive manner, while maintaining your sense of priorities even during busy periods.
- You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, identify opportunities and bring new impulses to our concept.
- You enjoy teamwork and collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders.
- You have excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written, at level C in both languages. This skill is essential to independently manage our partners in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland.
- You are proficient with common Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are willing to travel for 60 to 80% of your activity throughout Switzerland.
