Maintenance Employee 50% (m/f/d)

What you will do...

• Care of our properties on the Thommen AG Regensdorf/Immark AG site
• Cleaning of the entire site with the cleaning machine
• Cleaning and maintenance of the surroundings as well as general green area maintenance
• General maintenance work, such as replacing furniture
• Support of the infrastructure and real estate team
• Assistance with winter services (without on-call duty)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 12:00

What you bring with you...

• Completed training as a Maintenance Specialist EFZ, craft training or corresponding several years of professional experience in building, site or property maintenance
• Driving licence category B mandatory
• Good German skills, Swiss German is a plus
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
• Craftsmanship skills as well as physical resilience
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Team spirit, flexibility and high commitment
