- You have completed vocational training in a related field and hold a HF technician diploma.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a calm decision-making approach.
- Strong IT skills, ideally in SAP, with a holistic view of manufacturing.

About the job
You work 100% in Zug – with annual working hours in a regulated day shift without shift work or on-call duty
This position offers you
- You lead a well-coordinated team of around 7 employees and ensure an environment where responsibility is taken and feedback is natural
- You set clear priorities, ensure daily overview and lead with numbers, facts and sound judgement
- You plan the orders in toolmaking, coordinate capacities and ensure realistic scheduling
- You recognise deviations early and initiate appropriate measures without losing connection to the team
- You actively accompany changes, bring in new ideas and develop your team both professionally and personally
- You work closely with the head of toolmaking and help shape the further development of the department
You bring the following for the position
- You have a technical basic training as a toolmaker, polymechanic or in a related field and have further trained as a process specialist
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage – equally welcome is a clear motivation to take on responsibility in the future
- Clear communication, structured work and solution-oriented approach to challenges ideally characterise you
- Basic knowledge of IT applications makes it easier for you to get started; SAP experience is considered a plus, but we are happy to introduce you
- You enjoy further developing a team, strengthening standards and achieving goals together
