There is plenty to do with us
- Producing building materials (gravel, concrete, asphalt) according to existing recipes with modern AS1 controls
- Serving our customers promptly and on schedule with high-quality building materials
- Assisting in ensuring the production readiness of the plants and the availability of production components and additives
- Helping with material testing
- Monitoring production processes
- Assisting with order scheduling
- Carrying out maintenance, repair and cleaning work
- Participating in the annual plant inspections
How you can join in with us
- You have completed a technical apprenticeship, e.g. as a plant operator, industrial mechanic, polymechanic, asphalt worker, machinist, concrete worker or similar
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding help you in your daily work
- Good communication skills in fluent German are important
- Your great flexibility with sometimes irregular working hours, e.g. very early in the morning or occasional weekend shifts, is very helpful
- Confident use of digital tools
- You know how to deal with demanding customers
