What to expect
- You will process incoming letters from bankruptcy and debt enforcement offices and consistently implement debt enforcement measures.
- You will manage customer positions with outstanding debts that are in the debt enforcement process or for which bankruptcy has been opened.
- You will be in direct contact with customers to amicably settle outstanding positions.
- You will be the point of contact for our customer advisors and other internal departments for questions regarding SchKG topics.
- You will occasionally contribute to smaller projects and cross-disciplinary topics.
What you bring
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (ideally in a bank) or hold an equivalent qualification.
- You have experience in lending, dunning, restructuring/insolvency processing, or debt enforcement/bankruptcy matters.
- You have good knowledge of Swiss debt enforcement and bankruptcy law (SchKG) or are willing to acquire it quickly.
- With your strong communication skills, empathy, and negotiation confidence, you convince in exchanges with internal and external contacts.
- You work precisely, independently, and solution-oriented, while also valuing active team exchange.
