Medical Product Technologist EFZ or Technical Sterilization Assistant FK II as Specialist AEMP

Your main tasks
- Responsibility for the professional implementation according to the legal requirements for the preparation of the Medical Products Ordinance (MepV) and Swiss Good Practice for the preparation of medical products according to the state of the art and science, taking into account the manufacturer's specifications as well as hygiene requirements, in collaboration with management and the main vocational training in Shared Leadership
- Responsibility for optimal process flows of the stages cleaning, disinfection, functional control, packaging, sterilization, transport, and storage, as well as coordination of a smooth operational workflow validated according to the state of the art and science and proven effectiveness (traceable and reproducible) within a suitable quality management system of the AEMP.
- Completion of various administrative tasks (ordering, inventory management, repair management, billing, data management, sieve list management, correct handling of loan instruments)
- Targeted economic use of equipment and materials as well as monitoring of application and consumption
- Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene principles
- Active participation in the team
- Professional leadership, support, and promotion of employees
- Ensuring mutual information flow within the department and in the Shared Leadership team
- Co-designing and participating in internal training and duty reports, meetings, team discussions
- Creating personnel deployment planning in consultation with Shared Leadership management
Your profile
- Completed training as a Medical Product Technologist EFZ or Technical Sterilization Assistant FK II with many years of professional experience
- Experience in quality management
- High social competence and very good communication skills
- High quality and sense of responsibility
- Good organizational skills, flexibility, and resilience
- Ability to think networked and act solution-oriented and innovatively.
- Willingness to engage in internal clinical projects
- Good IT user knowledge, preferably in Instacount
- Resilience and ability to maintain overview and calm even in hectic situations
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system, with occasional on-call duties on weekends
