About the job
The Examinations Group within the Competence Centre for Planning & Examinations is responsible, among other things, for conducting all centrally organised examinations at the University of St.Gallen and supports the lecturers of the Schools/Institutes in implementing decentralised examinations.
Your Tasks
- Supervising students during examinations
- Conducting various checks before, during and after examinations
- Forwarding examination questions to the examination site managers
- Providing support in (medical) emergencies during examinations
- Assisting candidates with the log-in process
Your Profile
- Vocational training or completed Bachelor’s degree
- Very good knowledge of digital work environments / flair for IT and complex software applications (IT affinity)
- Very good German skills (at least level B2)
- Good English skills and additional language skills are an advantage
- Minimum age of 25 years
