About the job

The Exams Group in the Competence Center Planning & Exams is responsible, among other things, for conducting all centrally organized exams at the University of St.Gallen and supports the lecturers of the Schools/Institutes in implementing decentralized exams.

Your Tasks

Supervising students during exams
Conducting various checks before, during, and after exams
Forwarding exam questions to the exam site managers
Supporting in (medical) emergencies during exams
Assisting examinees with the login process

Your Profile

Vocational training or completed bachelor's degree
Very good knowledge of digital work environments / flair for IT and complex software applications (IT affinity)
Very good German skills (at least level B2)
Good English skills and additional language skills are an advantage
Minimum age of 25 years
