Tasks
- Overall operational responsibility, organizational, personnel, and technical leadership
- Further development and implementation of the strategy in coordination with the board of directors
- Responsibility for achieving sales and profit targets as well as opening up new markets and growth opportunities
- Own acquisition activities domestically and abroad, maintaining contact with key customers
- Leadership, motivation, and further development of the management team
- Management of important projects at the company-wide level from planning to successful implementation
- Responsibility for corporate planning, organization, and communication
- Ensuring efficient processes and continuous optimization of internal workflows
Requirements profile
- Technical vocational training with further education or engineering degree in mechanical engineering, materials technology
- Further education in management/leadership/business administration
- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position
- Proven success in sales and new customer acquisition
- Strong communication skills and structured working style
- Fluent in German and English
