Medical Practice Assistant in Outpatient Cardiology

• You warmly and competently welcome, care for and accompany our patients throughout their entire stay in outpatient cardiology
• You are responsible for the organisation, coordination and appointment scheduling of our cardiology consultations as well as the preparation and follow-up of examinations
• You independently and correctly perform medical-technical tasks such as blood sampling, vital sign checks and ECGs
• You assist with cardiological examinations and support stress ECGs, long-term ECGs and long-term blood pressure measurements
• You ensure seamless documentation and correct service recording, thus contributing to a smooth administrative process
• You work closely within the interprofessional team and actively and solution-orientedly shape the lively daily routine in our outpatient clinic

• You are a Medical Practice Assistant with a Federal VET Diploma or a Health Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma
• Ideally, you already have experience in cardiology or an outpatient specialist area. Motivated returnees or newcomers to this field are also very welcome
• You work independently and in a structured manner and keep an overview even in busy situations thanks to your organisational skills
• Your manner is friendly, professional and patient-oriented as well as interprofessionally collegial
• You are confident in handling IT applications and precise medical documentation
