We are looking for an intern in the area of People Development (m/f/d) 80-100% to support our team and jointly promote the continuous further development of our employees. The internship duration is 12 months.

What tasks will you take on? You will:
- Support training administration (organization and coordination of internal trainings, communication with seminar providers, answering questions and assisting employees with concerns, managing the mailbox and ticket system, administration in the learning management system, etc.).
- Participate in the annual planning of our in-house seminars.
- Coordinate our health promotion offers (health days, sports courses, running events, etc.).
- Support the coordination of internal language courses.
- Assist in the daily business of personnel development.

- Are flexible, responsible, and have a quick grasp.

- Are a communicative and open personality.
- Communicate confidently in German and English.
