As reinforcement in our team, we are looking for an

Industrial Foreman/Forewoman (m/f/d)

from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement

• You work in our industry with instructed persons and accompany them in simple craft activities
• You independently organise and coordinate the orders - from order entry through order processing and inventory management to shipping
• You instruct and accompany the instructed persons in their tasks and support them according to their individual abilities
• You take responsibility for the timely and careful execution of orders and ensure impeccable quality
• You contribute your craft skills and social competencies equally
• You actively participate in team collaboration, take on deputising duties, and support colleagues as needed

• You have completed a craft apprenticeship (EFZ) and bring practical professional experience
• You have pedagogical knowledge or experience in accompanying and supporting people with different conditions or in difficult life situations
• You have experience in inventory management, ideally in the areas of warehousing, material management, or order processing
• You are familiar with business software or ERP systems and enjoy handling administrative processes digitally
• You are a team player, communicate openly, and enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams
• You are willing to take responsibility and reliably support your colleagues in deputising roles
• You can motivate, guide people, and treat them with respect and understanding
• You work independently, reliably, and with quality awareness
• You keep an overview even with multiple orders and different requirements
