Your Tasks
At the center of your activities is smooth and timely payroll processing, which includes
- Independent execution of monthly payroll runs for hourly and monthly wages
- Processing of sickness and accident daily allowances, maternity benefits, as well as EO accounting
- Preparation of withholding tax and social security declarations as well as carrying out year-end tasks including salary certificates and ELM reports
- Maintenance and updating of payroll and employee master data for entries and exits, salary changes, and deductions
- Contact person for employees regarding payroll-related questions
- Participation in the further development of HR systems as well as active involvement in HR digitization and optimization projects
Your Profile
Professional confidence, structured work, and a high quality awareness form the basis for your success in this role, and you bring
- Further training in the HR field, ideally with an HR specialist certificate and/or social insurance specialist training
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting including social insurance
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law as well as very good practical experience with digital payroll and HR systems, Abacus is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office and high system affinity
- Openness to change and interest in the continuous development of processes
