In your role as Head of Security Service, you bear overall responsibility for the security organisation at three locations in Zurich and lead a team of nine employees (9 FTE). You ensure comprehensive protection of persons, buildings and events as well as the reliable operation of the alarm centre. In addition, you develop needs-based security and deployment concepts, analyse risks and implement sustainable measures for prevention and hazard defence to protect the bank.

YOUR TASKS

Management and leadership of 9 security service employees at three locations in Zurich
Responsibility for deployment planning, alarm management and operation of the alarm centre
Ensuring building security as well as operation and further development of the security systems used
Planning and execution of event security
Intervention and first aid measures in the event of incidents as well as responsibility for evacuation
Creation of tailored security and deployment concepts
Conducting risk analyses and implementing appropriate countermeasures to protect persons, buildings and assets
Creation of guidelines and instructions as well as their consistent implementation
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, police, fire brigade and other emergency services

YOUR PROFILE

Experience in leading employees
Several years of professional experience in corporate security, security service or a comparable environment
Sound knowledge in alarm management, operation of alarm centres and building security
Practical knowledge in the areas of event security, personal protection, security systems and emergency management
Recognised training in the security sector or a comparable qualification
IVR First Aid Level 3 or comparable qualification
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
Experience in the banking or financial services sector
Training or further education in physical security and fire protection
French language skills
