The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognised institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.

With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional expertise with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (m/f/d), 40 %

We are looking for support from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for our nursing team at the Lenzburg location.

Your tasks

• Management and further development of group offerings / indication groups
• Care of patients as a key contact person according to the internal DBT addiction concept
• Participation in interdisciplinary reports, ward rounds, team meetings, and site discussions
• Involvement in the implementation and further development of nursing standards and the therapy concept
• Supervising students and trainees in practice
• Taking on areas of responsibility within nursing

Your profile

• Qualification as Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (AKP, DNII, PsyKP)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the addiction field and/or the psychiatric specialist field (including DBT experience)
• Flexibility, integrity, composure, and patience are some of your strengths
• You describe yourself as an open, motivated, responsible, resilient, and team-oriented personality
• Confidentiality and trustworthiness are a matter of course for you
• We expect an attitude characterised by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients.
