Work where others spend their winter holidays. For the winter season 2026/27, we are looking for a service all-rounder for our The Wall Bar on the Eigergletscher.

As a leading company in Alpine tourism, we develop the experience space in the Jungfrau Region and actively shape it. Around 1,000 employees live our brand "Top of Europe" every day and further develop the Jungfrau Railways as the largest mountain railway group in Swiss tourism into an integrated leisure and service company.

The The Wall Bar on the Eigergletscher is a meeting point for winter sports enthusiasts from all over the world and offers a unique working environment right at the foot of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. For the winter season from 14 December 2026 to 4 April 2027, we are looking for a committed individual who lives hospitality, enjoys pitching in and ensures unforgettable guest experiences together with the team.

Service All-Rounder

Your tasks

• Guest care with heart: You welcome and look after our international guests in a friendly, attentive and service-oriented manner.
• Advice & sales: You actively recommend food and drinks and ensure a thoroughly successful guest experience with targeted additional sales.
• Service & cash handling: You ensure professional service and are responsible for correct cash handling including daily accounts.
• Mise en place & organisation: You prepare your work area independently and contribute to a smooth daily routine.
• All-round duties in the operation: You support the kitchen and bar team as needed and help out where support is required.
• Quality & cleanliness: You ensure compliance with our hygiene, quality and safety standards and maintain order throughout the guest area.

Your profile

• Experience in gastronomy, in service or a comparable role.
• Enjoyment of guest contact and a strong service orientation.
• Resilience and flexibility, even in hectic situations.
• Independent and reliable working style as well as a sense of responsibility.
• Team spirit and positive charisma with open communication.
• Good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage.
