Medical Assistant or Paediatric Nurse at 80% (M/F/D)

Start date: February 2027 | Work rate: 80%

For one of our clients active in the healthcare sector, located in the Bernese Jura, we are looking for a person wishing to join a professional environment dedicated to the care of children and adolescents.

Your main tasks

• Welcome children, adolescents and their companions
• Prepare and support consultations
• Perform various technical procedures within your competencies
• Ensure monitoring and follow-up of young patients
• Prepare the necessary equipment for consultations and care
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and confidentiality rules
• Ensure the transmission of information and proper record keeping
• Work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in the smooth daily organisation of the service
• Provide attentive and tailored care to the specific needs of each young patient

Your profile

• Federal Diploma of Medical Assistant, nursing diploma ES/HES or equivalent recognised training
• Experience in paediatrics is a real asset
• Excellent interpersonal skills with children, adolescents and their relatives
• Confidence in technical procedures related to your role
• Organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Reliable, conscientious and autonomous personality
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Good command of common IT tools
• Excellent command of French
• Any additional language skills are an advantage
