Ensure the safety of the overall support for beneficiaries within the living unit with a compatible Geriatric/PAA mission

Ensure daily care support and delivery

Collaborate with doctors and partners

Essential requirements for the role:

• HES nursing diploma (or equivalent title/Swiss recognition)
• Training in geriatrics and/or advanced age psychiatry
• Computer literacy
• Organisational skills
• Positive leadership
• Team spirit and empathy
• Good listening and communication skills
