Your tasks:
- You support our residents empathetically and competently with daily personal care and activities of daily living.
- You accompany and care for our residents in everyday life and promote their independence and well-being.
- You take on nursing and care tasks according to your competencies and company guidelines.
- You contribute to creating an activating and appreciative daily routine and create a pleasant atmosphere.
- You keep the care documentation carefully and comprehensibly according to company requirements.
Your profile:
- You have completed training as Health and Social Assistance (AGS).
- Ideally, you already have some professional experience in caring for and nursing elderly people – experience with people with dementia is a plus.
- You enjoy working in a team, pitch in, and contribute with your positive attitude to a respectful community.
- Responsibility, reliability, as well as an independent and flexible working style characterise you.
- You communicate confidently in German and understand Swiss German.
- Whether with professional experience or as a returnee – we look forward to getting to know you.
