- Maintenance, minor repairs or coordination of specialist companies for our buildings including the spa area
- Keep maintenance logs, check energy and material consumption, organise spare parts
- Comply with regulations, train the team, manage emergencies
- Contact person for the hotel team
- Completed basic technical training (e.g. plumbing, heating, mechanics, electrical or comparable)
- Further training in the field of bathing water
- Preferably experience in a comparable position
- Good understanding of technical contexts and manual skills
- Very good German skills (level B2), additional languages an advantage
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings
