Workshop Team Leader Large Excavators 100% (m/f)

What you can achieve with us

• Technical and personnel leadership of the large excavator workshop team
• Result responsibility for labour turnover, productivity, quality and efficiency as well as meeting deadlines
• Planning and coordination of workshop work taking customer orders into account
• Ensuring the required resources such as employees, workshop equipment and special tools
• Ensuring work safety, order and cleanliness
• Communication with customers and internal departments regarding work progress, deadlines and deviations
• Carrying out quality and final checks
• Technical support as well as continuous training of assigned employees in daily work
• Close collaboration with other teams and departments within Robert Aebi AG

What you bring to your role

• Completed training as a construction, agricultural machinery or truck mechanic EFZ
• Further training as workshop manager/diagnostic technician
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role advantageous
• Leadership experience advantageous
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, French and/or English advantageous
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High customer and team orientation
