For the Fort-Barreau residence, a 71-bed EMS offering a living environment open to the outside and promoting social connections and the maintenance of autonomy.

The unit nurse manager's mission is to ensure the quality of care provided to residents. They share and promote the management's philosophy while fostering a pleasant working atmosphere.

Profile sought

General nursing diploma

Team management certificate would be a plus

Experience in geriatrics or psychogeriatrics and in team management

Knowledge of laws, regulations and standards in force within EMS

Good knowledge of computer tools, particularly PEP and SADIES
