The Restaurant Volkshaus Zürich stands for traditional and authentic cuisine. The products used mainly come from organic production. In our spacious bar and restaurant areas, with a total of 260 seats, the charm of the 1920s meets modernity. A place to experience urban hospitality. The fully equipped and modern banquet and event rooms of Volkshaus offer space for about 2,000 people. For the Restaurant Volkshaus we are looking for immediately or by arrangement
Bar Staff, 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Looking after our guests at the bar, in the bistro and on the terrace
- Independently managing your own service station including cash handling
- Preparation of coffee specialities, drinks and cocktails
- Mise en place and compliance with quality and hygiene standards
Your requirements
- Experience in bar and service area, ideally barista or cocktail knowledge
- Completed training in gastronomy or equivalent experience
- Efficient, resilient and service-oriented working style
- Flexible availability (evening & weekend shifts)
- Well-groomed, cheerful personality with team spirit and enjoyment of guest contact
