Compliance Officer & Legal Support Corporate 50-60% (m/f/d) You can expect the following tasks & responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring compliance tasks
You assess the effectiveness and monitor the measures taken to prevent non-compliance
You identify and assess the risk associated with non-compliance with legal and regulatory requirements ("compliance risk")
You carry out process-integrated, compliance-relevant controls
You communicate with the relevant supervisory authorities regarding compliance issues
You lead investigations into suspected compliance violations, including whistleblowing reports and

complaints in coordination with Legal and Internal Audit

You identify and assess legal and regulatory developments in the area of Legal & Compliance
You regularly report on compliance with the code of conduct and the monitoring of risks regarding

fraud and bribery

You work closely with the Legal department and support in legal matters
As Legal Support Corporate, you are responsible for the secretariat of the Board of Directors and possibly other committees.

This includes:

Organizing and documenting board and management meetings
Contributing to the substantive preparation of the meetings
Monitoring and reporting on the implementation of resolutions

You bring with you

Several years of experience as a Compliance Officer for a financial institution in Switzerland
A completed law degree is a plus
Strategic thinking and adaptability to changes
Enjoyment of personal responsibility and independent work
High integrity and ethical behavior
Commitment to promoting a positive risk and learning culture
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form are required, any additional national language is an advantage
