Junior System Engineer (m/f)
Your area of responsibility
- As a System Engineer in the Operations team, you have the chance to take responsibility for a functioning service for our customers and ensure smooth operations
- You handle tickets within our incident, change, and problem management processes
- Providing, installing, and maintaining hardware and software components as well as communication tools
- Creating user manuals, installation, and support documentation
- Working in a varied work environment and projects
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training in the field of computer science (IT apprenticeship specializing in system technology)
- Experience in service desk and customer support
- You already have initial experience or want to develop further in these areas: client/server, virtualization, software distribution, backup and storage solutions, Exchange, etc.
- You are characterized by a customer-oriented way of working, are a team player with initiative
- You have a great interest in new technologies and are motivated to familiarize yourself with new areas
- You have excellent German skills and good English skills
