About the job

We are a construction company headquartered in Immensee (SZ), active in the sectors of building construction, civil engineering, track civil engineering, track and road construction. To strengthen our motivated and multicultural team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a hands-on and reliable personality as Foreman Track Construction.

These tasks await you:

• Technical and personnel management of track construction sites
• Responsibility for the handling of orders and projects
• Monitoring and reporting of the work to be carried out
• Interface between site manager and work group
• Training, instructing and leading the site personnel
• Responsibility for the execution and control of occupational safety on your own construction site

You should bring the following:

• Completed basic training in the construction trade
• Several years of experience in a comparable role
• Further training as a foreman desirable
• Willingness for flexible work assignments
• Resilient & team-oriented personality
• High professional and social competence
