Head of Digital & Business Services Department

Your tasks

• You lead the teams Property Management Solutions, Digital Tenant Services, and Business Solutions & AI both professionally and personally
• You are responsible for the application and product landscape of the business area and continuously develop their roadmaps and value contributions
• You work closely with the specialist departments and manage demand management, prioritisation, and the realisation of business benefits
• You drive customer-centred digital services as well as productive AI use cases with measurable added value
• You promote user-centred solution development according to the principles of User-Centred Design and ensure a high user experience
• You ensure quality, security, and compliance within the business solutions you are responsible for
• You manage SaaS and supplier relationships, are responsible for licences and costs, and specifically reduce dependencies on individual providers
• You work closely with Technology & Enabling Services and use shared platforms, data, and services to implement integrated solutions

Your profile

• You have a university degree in business, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of leadership and practical experience in application and product management and successfully develop teams
• You have strategically built and further developed complex product and application landscapes, ideally in the field of real estate or business software
• You combine strong leadership skills with a high level of implementation and change competence
• You have solid experience in developing user-centred digital solutions and create convincing user experiences
• You bring a broad understanding of ERP systems, digital platforms, apps, and AI-supported solutions
• You impress with customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, and a professional and cooperative manner
• You communicate fluently in German and English and are enthusiastic about new technologies and innovations
