Are you ready for your next step in building automation planning?<p>To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and strong leadership personality with enthusiasm for planning modern and technically sophisticated building automation systems. In this exciting role, you will take on the technical and personnel leadership of our building automation team while working on diverse and innovative projects in the field of building technology. Your area of responsibility includes, among other things:</p><ul><li>Technical and personnel leadership of the building automation team (2-5 people)</li><li>Planning and designing modern building automation systems for demanding new build and renovation projects</li><li>Developing system topologies, measurement, control and regulation concepts as well as alarm and visualisation concepts</li><li>Developing energy-efficient and sustainable automation solutions taking into account current standards and norms</li><li>Responsibility for tenders, awards, cost, schedule and quality control</li><li>Managing projects through to commissioning and successful handover</li></ul>

Collaboration with first-class architectural firms and a high-quality specialist planner partner network. We accompany our projects holistically through all SIA phases (21–53). You can expect a broad spectrum of demanding construction projects, from complex office, commercial and residential properties to innovative energy and infrastructure projects with the highest demands on sustainability and energy efficiency.<br></p>

What you bring:
<p>For this responsible position, we are looking for a technically solid personality with extensive experience in building automation as well as enjoyment in leading and developing people.</p><div>What additionally distinguishes you:</div><div><br></div><ul><li>You have a basic education in building technology; further education at HF or FH level is an advantage</li><li>You bring several years of experience in planning and project management of building automation systems</li><li>Initial leadership experience or the motivation to take the next step into a leadership role</li><li>You are interested in integral connections and the networking of different building technology systems</li><li>You independently prepare tenders, reports and technical documentation in good German and can also present these convincingly</li><li>You work in a structured and quality-conscious manner and keep an overview even in demanding situations</li></ul>
