This is what you can achieve.

• As an organisational talent, you carry out medium- and short-term maintenance planning in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders (resource planning, production, third-party companies).
• You plan preventive maintenance and special orders and prepare them for efficient execution.
• Managing master data as well as actively participating in the continuous optimisation of work and maintenance plans and facility documentation also belong to your tasks.
• You analyse planning deviations, derive optimisation measures with the relevant stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance planning.
• Together with resource planning, you ensure efficient planning and control of maintenance services in the region.

This is what you bring with you.

• We expect several years of experience in work preparation and maintenance of facilities.
• Good knowledge of SAP (ideally PM/EAM) as well as confident handling of common IT tools (e.g. M365) complete your profile.
• You have strong analytical skills as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working.
• To excel in this role, you have a technical basic education complemented by a successfully completed higher vocational training (e.g. technician HF or equivalent).
• You have no problem with travel activities within the region (especially Basel).
• To reliably perform your tasks, we expect perfect command of the German language, French is an advantage.
