In nine municipalities in the Leimental region, we offer inpatient and outpatient care and support services. This offering is complemented by the possibility of semi-inpatient stays in the senior day and night centre. As reinforcement for our Technical Service, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a:

Technical Specialist Building Services (100%)

Your tasks with us:

• Technical supervision of our electrical, HVAC, security and other building services systems
• Independent fault finding, troubleshooting and minor repair work
• Identifying optimisation potential and initiating appropriate measures
• Coordination and professional support of external craftsmen and service technicians
• Support in maintenance and servicing planning
• Technical clarifications with suppliers and specialist companies
• Technical support for construction and refurbishment projects
• Supporting the team with general technical maintenance work
• Providing on-call service

Our expectations of you:

• Completed technical or craft vocational training, e.g. electrician, automation technician, building services technician, heating or sanitary installer
• Several years of professional experience in technical maintenance, building or building services technology
• Broad technical understanding and the ability to recognise connections beyond your own field
• Experience in independent fault finding and troubleshooting
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to take responsibility and contribute your own solutions
• Friendly and respectful demeanour towards all stakeholders
