We are Müller Schuhmacher. Rooted in Winterthur, personally committed and professionally broadly positioned. Since 1987, we have been supporting our clients in the areas of fiduciary services (taxes, accounting, estate administration) and real estate (management, marketing, consulting) with experience, foresight and a team of over 30 reliable individuals. Our fiduciary team, consisting of two clerks and the head of fiduciary services (partner), is looking to strengthen the team with a motivated Mandate Manager in Fiduciary Services (Deputy Head).
Your area of responsibility:
Taxes
- Co-responsibility and active participation in the annual processing of around 1,500 tax returns (around 2,000 from 2027) for individuals
- Handling of other tax types, especially VAT, gift and real estate capital gains taxes.
- Ensuring correct, timely processing and quality assurance.
- Consulting on tax rulings, objections, appeals and complaints.
Accounting and Financial Statements
- Management of accounting and preparation of annual financial statements for self-employed persons, SMEs and organisations.
- Payroll
- Review and final control of annual accounts.
Fiduciary Consulting
- Consulting in financial, controlling, tax, personnel and business matters.
- Support for company formations, successions and restructurings.
- Consulting and implementation of pension mandates, estate planning, inheritances, wills and estate administrations.
Construction Fiduciary Services
- Monitoring of construction budgets, construction costs and final accounts.
- Invoice controlling, payment approvals and assessment of additional claims.
- Periodic reporting and consulting for clients and financing partners.

- Co-shaping the strategic direction and further development of the fiduciary area.
- Representation of the area towards clients and other stakeholders.
Education and Training
- Fiduciary specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent qualification.
Professional Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in Swiss fiduciary services.
- Sound knowledge of tax law for individuals and legal entities.
- Practical experience in bookkeeping and annual financial statements of SMEs. (Infonica/bexio/Abacus)
- Leadership skills, sense of responsibility and confident appearance.
