Welcome to the Zion Senior Centre – a home for 61 residents in 43 single and 9 double rooms. Our Christian-run house offers a loving home for seniors ranging from independent to those requiring intensive care.

Your role

• With loving and professional dedication, you care for and support our residents and respond to their individual needs
• You assist our residents in achieving and maintaining independence and the best possible quality of life
• You participate in care and activation
• You perform administrative tasks (e.g. documentation in BESA and easyDOK)
• You gladly take on daily responsibility and have the corresponding course or are willing to complete it
• You ensure a high standard of care and support quality
• You assist in the practical training of apprentices
• You carry out domestic tasks

Your profile

• Completed training as a Care Specialist or Health Specialist EFZ
• You respect elderly people and preserve their dignity
• Reliability, resilience, flexibility and teamwork
• Very good German language skills
• Willingness to work weekends and night shifts
