For our client, a technical service company with its own workshop and specialised manufacturing tasks, we are looking for an experienced and quality-conscious individual for mechanical processing.
In this versatile role, you will process various metallic components and aids according to technical specifications. Both conventional and CNC-controlled machines are used. The activity offers an interesting mix of manufacturing, machine operation, workshop tasks, and technical maintenance.
We are seeking an independent person who enjoys practical work, values precision, and feels comfortable in a varied workshop environment.
- Manufacturing of single parts and small series according to drawings and specifications
- Setting up and operating conventional as well as CNC-controlled machine tools
- Performing various machining processes such as turning and milling
- Producing simple fixtures, holders, and individual aids
- Checking the manufactured components with suitable measuring instruments
- Ensuring the required dimensional accuracy and processing quality
- Practical experience in a mechanical workshop is an advantage
- Good knowledge of machining
- Experience with turning and milling
- Confident handling of conventional machine tools
- Experience with NC/CNC-controlled machines is an advantage
- Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
- Fluent German language skills
- Varied work in a technically diverse workshop
- Combination of conventional manufacturing and CNC processing
- Different technical tasks and materials
- High proportion of independent practical work

Profile
- Completed technical training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, mechanic, or equivalent- Practical experience in a mechanical workshop is an advantage
- Good knowledge of machining
- Experience with turning and milling
- Confident handling of conventional machine tools
- Experience with NC/CNC-controlled machines is an advantage
- Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
- Fluent German language skills
