Your area of responsibility

• Clerical work for the administrative execution of international and national transports
• Europe-wide scheduling of our own modern vehicle fleet
• Scheduling of container transports in Switzerland and Europe-wide
• Scheduling of subcontractors
• Order entry and administration
• Route planning
• Monitoring of transports via telematics
• Evaluation of transports and cold chains
• Preparation and handling of customs matters

You bring with you

• Commercial or equivalent training
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Interest in logistics and freight forwarding
• Communicative and dynamic personality with sales flair
• Well-groomed appearance and good manners
• Language skills in German and English required, spoken and written
• Good IT skills, confident handling of common Office applications
• Advantageous: Programming knowledge in WinSped
