Internal Auditor 80 - 100%In the interest of employees and companies, the Office for Labour (AFA) contributes to strengthening the location Zurich. The AFA consolidates labour market policy competencies. Around 800 employees work at over 20 locations. The Qualification for Job Seekers (QuS) department organises, together with external partners, a labour market measures (AMM) offer tailored to the needs of the labour market. These support the reintegration of unemployed persons into the labour market.
We are looking for competent support for this exciting role starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your main tasks include:
- Ensuring the correct implementation of SECO directives, especially regarding financial aspects
- Further development of the financial directive from the Canton of Zurich for education and employment measures with measure pricing and its implementation at the providing institutions (AIN)
- Preparation of annual financial statements and documents for the AIN
- Independent execution of audits as well as organisation and support of the process with external audits, issuing management letters with the AIN and further development of the AMM audit processes
- Examination of investment applications from the AIN as well as budget review and approval of AMM financed by measure pricing
- Establishment and implementation of risk management at QuS in collaboration with the quality manager
- Process responsibility for risk management and continuous development thereof
- Responsibility for internal control system (ICS) within QuS and as contact person at QuS regarding ICS AFA
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position / auditing
- Good presentation and social skills as well as communication ability
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High quality awareness both conceptually and hands-on
- Confident German language skills
