To strengthen our secretarial team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a reliable and motivated person as Assistant Project and Construction Management.

Your tasks

• Administrative and organisational support of the project and construction managers
• General secretarial duties (e.g. operating the telephone switchboard)
• General correspondence in German
• Meeting planning, minute-taking and preparation of presentations
• Processing of creditors and debtors
• Offer management
• Support of the team with IT questions
• Support in supervising commercial apprentices
• Administrative support of Vanoli Immobilien Treuhand AG
• Maintenance of the homepage and social media channels

Your profile

• Education: Commercial training
• Experience: Professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the construction industry
• Language skills: Confident German in spoken and written form
• IT competence: General IT affinity and confident handling of Microsoft 365, knowledge of Messerli BAUAD is an advantage
• Characteristics: Team spirit, flexibility, helpfulness and sense of responsibility
• Working method: Structured, independent and efficient – you work precisely, learn quickly and think ahead
• Commitment: You question processes, contribute ideas and show initiative to actively help shape processes
• Driving licence: Category B is an advantage
