As a key member of our Corporate Communications team, you will bring ELCA's stories to life through high-impact visual storytelling. Thanks to ELCA's broad diversity of projects and blue-chip clients across multiple industries, you'll enjoy a highly varied and stimulating environment where no two productions are alike.
From executive interviews and employer branding campaigns to event recaps, customer success stories, social media content, and commercial productions, this role will take you beyond the office, as you will regularly travel across our different locations in Switzerland and occasionally support productions abroad, discovering new environments, teams, and stories along the way.

Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Production & Concept Development: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to translate project goals into creative scripts and storyboards, ensuring every video is tailored to its specific target audience.
- Production & Cinematography: Lead all on-set activities, including directing participants, managing multi-camera setups, and overseeing professional audio and lighting configurations to ensure high production values.
- Post-Production & Editing : Serve as the post-production lead to craft engaging, fast-paced edits for various platforms. You excel at rhythmic storytelling while ensuring a consistent look and feel that strictly adheres to ELCA’s brand guidelines.
- Media Asset Management : Maintain a rigorous archiving system by organizing project files and raw rushes on our dedicated Cloud NAS, ensuring all assets are easily accessible for future use.
Your profile
- Excellent knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Première Pro and/or Davinci Resolve)
- Very good knowledge of colour grading techniques (especially Sony camera profiles)
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (German / French a plus).
- Solid command of motion design (a super plus)
- Experience in producing corporate videos (another plus)
- Ability to manage and coordinate several video projects simultaneously
