Main Tasks
- Goods receipt and incoming inspection
- Storage, relocation, and dispatch
- Management of the high-bay warehouse (HRL)
- Warehouse management and inventory control
- Order picking and packaging
- Shipping and export processing
- Preparation of shipping and customs documents
- Returns processing
- Execution of all goods bookings in the ERP system
- Operation of industrial trucks (especially counterbalance forklifts and telescopic handlers)
- Maintenance of the transport system and troubleshooting
- Participation in inventories
- Compliance with quality, safety, and process requirements
Professional Requirements
- Completed training as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
- Further training as a logistics clerk SVBL is an advantage
- Professional experience in several logistics sub-areas
- Strong understanding of material flow and logistical interrelationships
- Confident use of ERP systems and error-free recording of all goods movements
- Good knowledge of shipping, export, and customs processing
- Good user skills in Microsoft Office
- Forklift licence and safe driving experience with industrial trucks
- English skills for shipping and export processing are an advantage
