TOOLMAKER/POLYMECHANICIAN, on site

• Assembly and disassembly of injection moulding tools
• Analyse injection moulding tools and independently decide on further action
• Carry out maintenance work on injection moulding tools (cleaning, repairing and correcting)
• Manufacture of spare and wear parts for injection moulding tools
• Manufacture of mould inserts and individual components for existing or new tools
• Processing of technical changes
• Perform work mostly in the thousandth range
• Technical collaboration in various projects around optimisations and innovations
• Perform conventional work (drilling, milling, turning, surface grinding & laser welding)
• Communicate and meet deadlines
• Ensure part quality and quantity when performing tasks
• Independently decide whether a tool is production-ready and bear responsibility
• Report deviations and irregularities to the supervisor
• Completed training as a toolmaker with a Federal VET Diploma or

Polymechanic with Federal VET Diploma

• Several years of professional experience in mould making

Experience in the plastics sector is an advantage
