Tasted Food AG is a Zurich-based manufacturer of fresh ready-to-eat products for retail and specialist trade throughout Switzerland. In addition, we develop new food concepts on behalf of business customers and currently operate two MARU restaurants. Head of Planning/Warehouse/Logistics

Your Responsibilities

• Leadership and organisation of the planning, warehouse, and logistics areas including deployment planning and team development
• Ensuring smooth goods flow and timely material supply for production
• Responsibility for warehouse management including goods receipt, order picking, inventory control, and stocktaking
• Coordination of material disposition in collaboration with purchasing and production to avoid bottlenecks
• Optimisation of logistics processes as well as ensuring quality, hygiene, HACCP, and occupational safety standards

What You Bring

• Completed training in logistics, warehouse planning, or food production
• Several years of professional experience and leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or planning with up to 5 employees
• Sound knowledge of ERP systems, warehouse management, and HACCP/quality standards
• Structured, solution-oriented working style, assertiveness, and good German language skills
• Basic user-level knowledge in handling AI and understanding of AI capabilities and possibilities are required
