Your role within our House

• You actively prospect new high-potential clients and contribute to the sustainable development of your client portfolio.

• You build loyalty among a high-end clientele by offering a personalised, exclusive experience perfectly tailored to their expectations.

• You identify commercial opportunities in the market and generate new sales by developing long-term trust-based relationships.

• You organise and participate in client events, networking actions and relational initiatives to strengthen the visibility and influence of the House.

• You actively contribute to achieving the boutique's commercial objectives by demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

• You represent the values, history and excellence of Bucherer and act as a true ambassador of the House, both inside and outside the boutique.

• You develop the brand's reputation among a local and international clientele as well as with key partners and prescribers in the region.

• You embody the highest standards of service, elegance and professionalism and create lasting relationships with your clients.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in the luxury sector and possess solid expertise in selling high-end products.
• You know the Lausanne market perfectly as well as the regional economic fabric and are comfortable in international environments.

• You have an already established private and professional network in the Lake Geneva region, which you know how to develop and maintain with ease.

• You have demonstrated your ability to acquire, develop and retain a demanding high-end clientele.

• You have a strong commercial sense and particularly enjoy relational selling as well as active networking.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset.

• You present yourself impeccably, have excellent interpersonal skills and a natural sense of exceptional service.

• You are recognised for your discretion, sense of confidentiality and ability to establish a lasting trust relationship with your clientele.

• You work autonomously while easily integrating within a team and fostering constructive collaboration with your colleagues.

• You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a positive and proactive attitude.

• Your mother tongue is French and you have a perfect command of English; any other language is an asset.

• You stand out for your sense of responsibility, professional rigour and outstanding client orientation.
